I bought this from Amazon, it doesn’t work. I’d llove toget it amalyzed, there’s no way there’s 10 mg of melatonin in these. I’ve been taking 20 mg of melatonin for years, and this stuff just isn’t any good.
I’m getting ready to throw away a full jar and a half and buy more from a different vendor. Even my wife noticed that I’m not sleeping since I got this batch.
I recommend you avoid this type.

Not a strong melatonin product at all. I normally buy Nature Bounty 5MG and have great result and sleep and when I saw a sale on this purtian I wanted to try it one because one it was cheaper and two it was a heafty 10MG dose. Nope this did not work at all. Definitely not a good product I think it’s lacking in the good quality and or potency. I will go back to Nature Bounty.
