Almost Friday again! The weather says Saturday is supposed to be nice. I still have half a porch to paint, because it’s been too wet.
I’m just ready for some serious time off. Staycations don’t really cut it, if you just take time off work and stay home.
The wife started a new job, and really likes it so far. After a week, she says she feels like she’s been there for ever.

I tell people that have new jobs that it takes about 6 months to find out all the BS that’s going on. So enjoy the honeymoon period.
I know what you mean. We’ve been on a “staycation” for months because of this covid thing. We’re making the most of it, but sure are missing our trip to see wood working friends in Springfield, MO, and rendezvousing with other friends in Branson after that. Maybe next year if the world has any semblance of normalcy by next year.
