C25K Big jump between week 3 and 4

It seemed like a big jump between week 3 and 4 in my C25K. Week 3 is runnung 3 minute and 90 second segments, week 4 is 3 minute segments and 5 minute segments. I did it Ok, but dang! That’s more than double the running time. But, I set records for quickest mile and longest run!

Yesterday was our 8 year anniversary. We bought each other pottery and went out to dinner. 

One year ago this minute, our airplane was just about landing in Rome. That was a great trip!

There was a bad crash at East End last night. 3 tourists and one local killed. 2 survived, a baby was one of the two.
